United States:

  • Standard Free Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • For some products the delivery time could be shorter as those products are located in US warehouse.
  • Orders are dispatched from warehouse network in Asia. 
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

United States Outlying Islands:

  • Standard Free Shipping: 20-45 business days
  • For some products the delivery time could be shorter.
  • For some products free shipping is not available due to product's big size. In that case DHL is used and you can contact us for discount to compensate high shipping costs. Shipping time in this case is 3-7 business days
  • Orders are dispatched from warehouse network in Asia. 
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

International:

  • Standard Free Shipping: 6-20 business days
  • International orders are dispatched from our warehouse network in Asia.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.


We use reliable and reputable courier services to deliver your order. However, sometimes there may be delays or issues beyond our control. If you do not receive your order within 20 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@zillume.com and we will help you quickly. Depending on the actual situation, we will urge the logistics company to update, reship, or refund.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (this might be the case for delivery to some European
countries). Zillume is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Please be aware that these time frames are estimates and may change due to sudden global events that influence delivery times. Maximum delivery time: 20 business days.
